Our Acumatica support program is unlimited. You have an unlimited number of cases/calls for any issues that may arise. Our hours for both On-Site and remote work are 8:30am EST– 5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. BUT, if there is ever an emergency, we can be reached for immediate remote work. We also provide updates to the software regularly to help with the product stability and your overall Acumatica experience. Lastly, we provide an SLA within our contract for your comfortability with us as your service provider.
